R350 reset issues

Our R350 was reset using the button on the back.

It is now broadcasting a Configure.Me-x network. I have connected to it via the standard IP and followed the instructions to set up. It says it was successful but just continues to broadcast Configure.Me-x and will not connect to the internet (wiping out half our house).

The other two routers in our house (same model) are working as normal and connecting to the internet via our normal network.

Can anyone advise how I get the problematic router back onto our normal network following a reset? Sorry, bit of a novice so please feel free to talk to me like a five year old!

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the issues you are experiencing with your RUCKUS setup.

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are encountering issues after factory resetting the RUCKUS Access Points.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.

Could you please unplug and plug ALL the Access Points into any 1 in-12 ports (Refer to the below screenshot) and check if you see the same Wi-Fi network as from the other 2 working Access Points and are able to connect without any issues? Or check if you can see the new Wi-Fi network broadcasted from all the 3 Access Points.
