Power over ethernet

Hello, my lenar home has 3 wireless access points. All that don't seem to turn on / work. My main box has power but it doesn't look like the power over ethernet is turned on, thus none of the access points have power. I have seen that here are instructions on how to fix this but it involves installing software. The only PC my family owns is a work computer that we aren't ablet to install software on. Is there a way we can turn the power over ethernet back on and manage the software using a phone or some sort of app? thanks.

As per the case description, I understand that your Access points are not turning on. 

Could you please let us know the answers to the below queries to assist you better?

On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on. (Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)

 

Please help us with pictures of your ICX-7150-C12P Switch showing the status of the lights and cable connections to the Switch ports.

Please let us know the answers to ALL the above queries or let us know if you have any queries in this regard.
