I just had a power outage a few days ago and i called my internet provider and they let me know that it was the ruckus therefore i need help fixing the issues please

Please let us know whether you could find the IP address of the switch or not by using the below link.
How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications:
If not please share the screenshot of the error you are getting while following the steps.

Please try to connect the access points (which is working) to the same port where you have connected the non working access point in the switch.
Please try the above steps to confirm whether the port is working fine or not.
If the port is not working, then we need to test that non working access point with the another ethernet cable to confirm whether the cable is working fine.
