Had a power outage recently, ruckus no longer works. reset is 50+ times still just blinks amber. i’ve tried the system recovery but i have a macbook and the instructions are impossible to follow and just don’t work on a mac. I’m on MacOs Tahoe so ethernet cables don’t even read.
Send help asap. this is driving me crazy

Please try using the same ‘setenv’ IP addresses mentioned in the Software Recovery article.
Additionally, could you please share a picture showing the Software Recovery cable connections between the RUCKUS Switch and your laptop?
