Poor Connection

A few weeks ago we had a power outage which lasted hours.  When the power came back the internet was not the same.  I had my internet provider come take a look at their stuff and they confirmed their internet was working normally and had a strong signal.  I have updated my APs and have tried resetting as well. Still having the same issue.  Internet is very intermittent, works for a couple minutes then doesn’t and that cycle is just repeating.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your response.

As mentioned in my previous responses, you are currently connected to a mobile network (as shown in the screenshot below), The RUCKUS IP addresses will not be visible, as the connection is routed through the ISP’s internet.

Please reconnect your IP Scanner device to the ISP’s internet network to which the Switch is connected and perform another IP scan to detect the RUCKUS devices' IP addresses.
