PoE not working after power outage

Ruckus unleashed don’t turn on PoE after power outage. I could turn the power on with DC cable.

Could you please provide a screenshot of your PuTTY CLI screen displaying the error on your Laptop? It appears that the screenshot you previously shared is from the article, rather than from your actual session.

Additionally, kindly share images showing the connections of the Software Recovery cable between the RUCKUS Switch and your laptop.
