PoE not working after power outage

Ruckus unleashed don’t turn on PoE after power outage. I could turn the power on with DC cable.

As you have shared an image of the RUCKUS Access Points, we kindly request that you also share a picture of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch. Please refer to the details below.

When your switch is connected to the outlet, do you observe any illuminated lights (amber or green)? Kindly describe which lights are visible. Additionally, please provide a photo showing the status of the lights and the full switch panel with cable connections to the switch ports.

Thank you for your response and the update.

Based on the picture you shared, I noticed that the SYST LED on your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P switch is amber/yellow, indicating that the switch is currently stuck in boot mode. This issue is preventing the ports from powering up the APs or other devices.

However, I can't see the COM port and cannot connect via Putty.
