No help from Ruckus...other than more texts..as I said I'm not a technical person. To me, this community forum is for those technically savvy.
Frankly would not consider Ruckus for anything due to this interaction. I did notify Lennar of the lack of support from Ruckus. But thanks for the follow up on the lack of support.
I have the same issue, except I have no lights on my device and it is plugged in to a confirmed active outlet.
