How can I safely turn off my ICX7150 without corrupting it to install a no break?

Anyone knows how I can safely turn off and later after install a no break turn on again? I’m afraid turning off will corrupt the switch as had power outage and got it corrupted and had to pay a big money to have a tech to solve the issue.
