I have enabled and disabled the ports repeatedly and the switch otherwise seems to be working fine. Any ideas?

This is resolved, I kept poking around and saw that the POE firmware wasn’t present. Factory reset and I noticed a log line that seemed to suggest it was downloading it. After a while it downloaded but then complained that the ports were overloaded. I changed the device type to class 4 and it worked. While I’m happy it worked eventually this equipment is obviously not for the average home buyer I don’t know what Lennar was thinking.

Hi @mbhinder

Thanks for the update.

Good to hear that the issue got resolved.

Please let us know if you have any queries in this regard.

Best regards,
