No power

Hi after going through the process and troubleshooting nothing is working. I went ahead and get an IT technician expat still nothing. It been 16 days now . What next.

Based on the information provided, it appears that your RUCKUS devices have no power.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.

To better assist you, could you please provide the following information:

1. Could you please let me know what devices are with no light, RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch or RUCKUS Access Points?
2. When your switch is connected to the outlet, do you observe any illuminated lights (amber or green)? Kindly describe which lights are visible. Additionally, please provide a photo showing the status of the lights and the full switch panel with cable connections to the switch ports.

I see in another post you shared the Pictures. Based on the images, it appears that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P switch is currently stuck in boot mode, as indicated by the amber/orange LED on the "SYST" light.
