Hello I’m in a lennar home in Houston. After we got power back the ruckus will not power up. I have tried plugging it into another plug. It was plugged into a surge protector during the outage.

I'm having similar issue post hurricane except my device is stuck and won't boot up. Honestly haven't received much assistance in the way of actionable help on this forum. I tried calling local company repping this equipment but haven't successfully found a solution.
