Hello I’m in a lennar home in Houston. After we got power back the ruckus will not power up. I have tried plugging it into another plug. It was plugged into a surge protector during the outage.

Could you please review the EXAMPLE VIDEOS and replicate the shooting style accordingly?
Show the plug of the ICX-7150-C12P Switch being connected to a working outlet. Simultaneously, display the light status on the switch.

I did it exactly as the videos. I showed it plugged into a working outlet. There are no lights on the unit because it doesn’t work!

Thank you for your response.
Please review the FULL EXAMPLE video available in the drive and replicate the shooting style exactly. Ensure that all the Switch LEDs are visible when you plug it into the power outlet, if those blinks for a moment. Kindly upload the video once again.

I have uploaded 2 more videos. I dont know how to make it any clearer. It will not power on. I am a customer who is needing Technical support. I have yet to receive any!

Based on the troubleshooting conducted, the ICX-7150-C12P Switch remains unpowered even when plugged in, despite being connected to a verified power outlet. Not working after a reset as well. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
