No power to ruckus after hurricane

Hello I’m in a lennar home in Houston. After we got power back the ruckus will not power up. I have tried plugging it into another plug. It was plugged into a surge protector during the outage.

I posted pictures already. I’m not buying something to show you there is power to the plug. I am perfectly capable of testing a plug to see if there is power. I have done that and tried plugging in the unit. It does not power on. There are no lights. Please give me another option!
