We had a power outage last night and when the power came back on, Ruckus did NOT. There is no power getting to the access point on the ceiling. In other words, no lights are lit on the AP on the ceiling, not even the power light.
We have the Zoneflex R510 per the information provided to me by Lennar. When i check the unit (ICX 7150-C12p) that's in my bedroom closet that's connected to my ISP's router, the "power" light is green but the "syst" light is amber/yellow.
From what i read about this issue, i do not believe I have the ability to fix.
How do I schedule an on-site/in-home service call?
