All lights on my main unit seem to be on. But my hallway units are not. It hasn’t worked for at least 9 months. I’ve done the hard reset on the unit and my internet provider but it’s not helping I had the account under another email when I moved into my lennara hone 6 years ago but had to change everything so I don’t have all my original information for the account if you need it. I can give you the original email. I can’t sign in on my app either because everything goes to the old email and I can’t seem to change it. Also, because I can't get into the App and my account as it was set up I have not been able to make any updates so I'm sure that might not be helping

To better assist you, could you please provide the following information:
1. Can you confirm if your RUCKUS setup was previously operational, and if there were any power outages before the issue began?
2. When your switch is connected to the outlet, do you observe any illuminated lights (amber or green)? Kindly describe which lights are visible. Additionally, please provide a photo showing the status of the lights and the full switch panel with cable connections to the switch ports.
