No lights

All lights on my main unit seem to be on. But my hallway units are not. It hasn’t worked for at least 9 months. I’ve done the hard reset on the unit and my internet provider but it’s not helping I had the account under another email when I moved into my lennara hone 6 years ago but had to change everything so I don’t have all my original information for the account if you need it. I can give you the original email. I can’t sign in on my app either because everything goes to the old email and I can’t seem to change it. Also, because I can't get into the App and my account as it was set up I have not been able to make any updates so I'm sure that might not be helping

I tried to hook up with the links and instructions you sent to be able to give you the internet connection numbers but it didn’t work so I need to try on a computer.

I am not back up and running yet,  I'm going to be out of town this week -  I tried to do the instructions you sent to get the router info, but it didn't work on  my ipad and now need to try using a computer.  I won't be able to get back to you on this until for a week since i'm going to be out of town.

 

If you can access the Command line should look like this:

ICX7150-C12 Router> OR

ICX7150-C12 Switch>
