No connection to my r510 unleashed APs

I have two Ap but only reset one r510 APs and set everything up including a ssid and password but for some reason I still cant get wireless connection. I went and connected it to the main moteum and that worked perfectly but when I tried to connect it to the ruckus motem that sends the signal to the APS I could not get any signal via Ethernet. Annythign that im missing here?

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the issues you are experiencing with your RUCKUS setup.

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are encountering issues with the RUCKUS Access Points.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.

To better assist you, could you please provide the following information:

1. Can you confirm if your RUCKUS setup was previously operational, and if there were any power outages before the issue began?
2. When your switch is connected to the outlet, do you observe any illuminated lights (amber or green)? Kindly describe which lights are visible. Additionally, please provide a photo showing the status of the lights and the full switch panel with cable connections to the switch ports.


3. Please describe the status of the lights on the access points. Similarly, include a photo showing the access points' light status.

Please log into your RUCKUS Account before uploading these photos/screenshots.

Please help me with ALL the above queries, and should you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out. 

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving this matter for you promptly.

1. Yes, everything worked and there was no power outages. I do want to say that we just moved to the house and we wanted to transfer our internet to the house and that is why we are trying to get it connected. 2.

and then the above photo the pwr light is blinking green. and ctl is solid green. i got it to show the amber on 5gnand 2.4g to turn on but for some reason whenever I tried to connect to ssid I can see it trying to connect but no internet is getting connected.

Thank you for your response and the update.

Based on the picture you shared, it appears that the cable from your Internet Service Provider’s (ISP) router or Access Point is connected to the incorrect port on the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch. The cable should be connected to one of the 1-12 ports on the switch (please refer to the screenshots below). Kindly unplug the cable and reconnect it to the appropriate port. Afterward, please reboot the ISP router by unplugging and plugging it back into the power outlet. Once done, check your internet connection.
