Hi, 

I’ve been without this ruckus connection for months. Every time it storms this connection goes out. This time, the Wi-Fi network is not even listed as an option to reconnect to. I’ve tried resetting and unplugging the Ruckus Box and Ethernet cord. All of the lights are green but there’s still no connection.

I am also unable to log into the unleashed app to review the status. When attempting to sign in, I receive a message that states that I am not connected to the unleashed network and to go to settings.

why is there no live customer support for us any longer? This is incredibly frustrating as a user of your products.

please help.
