Good afternoon,
I am a new tenant at a Lennar home and we’re having issues getting the Ruckus system set up.
the homeowner had a network set up and doesn’t remember the password for me to access it. When attempting the admin username and password on the box it doesn’t work.
I can see the network available but it won’t allow me to connect since I don’t have the password.
should I just reset the switch and APs? I don’t want to mess up the system.
