New Home owner after previous owner

I purchased a previously owned Lennar Home and is interested in accessing the Ruckus network. 

I have the Ruckus device ICX 7150-C12P and is unable to login. 

Can you please help me troubleshoot my device to gain full access?

Thank you for your response and the update.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. When performing a factory reset on the Access Point, please press and hold the reset button for approximately 20-30 seconds. During this process, the PWR light on the Access Point will turn RED, and it will broadcast a "configure.me-xxxxxx" network, indicating that the reset process is underway.

If you continue to encounter difficulties, we recommend seeking assistance from a professional technician.
