Hi, for the last few years I've been trying to get devices that were supposed to come at my house but never did. Amazon supposedly was taking care of that but for almost a year I have not seen anything come in and now they're telling me they can't help me at all. I don't know if there's any way you guys can help me since this was paid for with the home and I have not received Jack.
