Not sure if I’m posting in the correct location. I have whatever ruckus equipment came with the Lennar Smart home package. Never had an issue until last night. Double checked with Century Link and there are no outages or issues with my service. However, the only network I’m experiencing issues with is my Ruckus Unleashed protected network. I’ve unplugged both the Century Link router and the Ruckus equipment multiple times. I have no idea what the sudden issue is and looking for any assistance in getting my network back up. Thanks

Hi @Chaycen
Thank you for the response and the update.
Yes, now both the partitions are on the SPS code. (Please refer to the below screenshot)
Now your Internet connectivity via RUCKUS Network should be stable.
Please check and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

I was able to find the correct IP and access through the Mac terminal. Here’s what I had after entering the commands.
when I try and access it from the webpage, it states the connection is not private and is asking for a username and password which I don’t know

Hi @Chaycen
Greetings!!!
Thank you for the response and the information you shared.
This issue is because your switch is running on the Routing code (SPR). The Switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) to avoid these issues for Lennar home users. Due to a power outage/power spike, the Switch boots up on the other partition which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue.
As I can see from the output you shared, your Switch is booted up on the secondary partition which is running on Routing code (SPR) as highlighted in the below screenshot.
Please Enter the below commands in CLI to fix this issue:
Note: Hit Enter to accept each command
enable
copy flash flash secondary
boot system flash secondary yes
Example:
VIDEO LINK AS REFERENCE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eem1IBgYaWc
ICX7150-24P Router>enable (hit enter to accept the command)
ICX7150-24P Router#copy flash flash secondary (hit enter to accept the command and wait: until the flash finished)
ICX7150-24P Router#boot system flash secondary yes (hit enter to accept the command: the switch will reboot)
Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
NOTE: Please feel free to mark the post as ACCEPTED SOLUTIONS, if your issue gets resolved.

Could you verify if the process worked? The last command for the boot system flash secondary yes did not do anything in the terminal and a couple times I got an invalid image, no write to flash message as shown below. I ran the show flash again if you could verify it’s not in the secondary mode anymore.
