We recently had to have our modem swapped out by ATT and I cannot get into my Ruckus switch to change the network name or check any settings. Its asks for a default username and password and I have tried every combination I can think of. Any ideas on the default username and password or who can help me reset mine?

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.
As I can see from the screenshot you shared, you are trying to access the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch.
Please note, there won’t be any configuration on the Switch login. If you have any Wi-Fi reset or configuration, we have to get access to the Unleashed system.
Below is the screenshot of the Unleashed dashboard.
Also, could you please let me know if you have any issues with the RUCKUS ICX Switch or any Internet connectivity issues via RUCKUS devices?
