Need a technician

My 2 access points went out all of a sudden.  The switch and everything else is fine.  I have read some great suggestions on ways to get them to light up again but that all involves me climbing up on a ladder, figuring out how to pull them down off my ceiling without breaking them or damaging the wall.  I just want to find someone who can come out and help me see if they just need to be reset.  I'm fine with buying new ones but not sure where to start.  No sure what model replaced the R510.  Can anyone suggest a tech in metro Atlanta?

If you have a Lennar house it's not the APs that are the problem, it's the switch (which has likely booted into router mode instead of switch mode after a power failure). Check the Lennar forum for the instructions on fixing the issue.

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are encountering issues with RUCKUS R510 Access Points with no power.

To better assist you, could you please provide the following information:

1. Can you confirm if your RUCKUS setup was previously operational, and if there were any power outages before the issue began?
2. When your switch is connected to the outlet, do you observe any illuminated lights (amber or green)? Kindly describe which lights are visible. Additionally, please provide a photo showing the status of the lights and the full switch panel with cable connections to the switch ports.
