NEW HOMEOWNER - previous owners had Ruckus Equipment

We have tried resetting the main Ruckus router box by using the youtube videos we found. The previous homeowners used the network and we are trying to gain access to the service. Does anyone know how to reset, test, wire, or whatever is needed to be done to gain access to the network?

Its disappointing to know they do not service Lennar homes any longer. Do you know why?

Based on the images you have shared it seems like 2.4 and 5g are blinking amber in both the access points which means WAP is configured but no clients are connected to that specific radio or WAP.

Please follow the below steps to make sure your access point is working fine or not?

 

1. Please check if this is happening on the ISP router or specific Access Point ? 

2- Please check whether the cable is working fine or not

3- Please connect a PC directly to the Ruckus Switch ICX-7150 to see if you are having the same connectivity issue.

The access points are working but we can’t connect to the switch because it still shows the previous owners information. We need to reset back to factory to create our own account
