My access points are not working

No power to access points. Resetting switch and access points are not helping.

I only have a Mac 

I was able to get around the permission denied using sudo command, but now it’s reading as no such file or directory found. I had downloaded the silicon labs driver beforehand.

Greetings of the day!!!

Thank you for sharing the requested information on private Chat. 

As we tried to troubleshoot on a private chat and we saw the issue as described below.

Based on the troubleshooting done, we saw that we are unable to console to the Switch, the failure persists with an PoE Fatal” error which indicates a hardware issue. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
