I noticed no internet and no light on my access points. Then i've check my Lennar SW/WLC displayed an amber light only to power cycle several times with no success of restoring the APs.
here is the pic of the amber light.
I've tried all of these methods before and didn't work....

I've consoled into my ruckus ICX and this is what i see...even after trying to reset to default.
It's time for an RMA. The router hangs and does not respond to any keystrokes and is pretty useless.

Thank you for the response and the detailed information you shared.
The switch will have its default configurations when you upgrade or perform software recovery. There are no additional configurations or modifications required.
The RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch should be on an SPS code for the Lennar Home users to avoid issues with Internet performance and connectivity.
Could you please let me know if your Switch is now back to normal with Green lights on SYST and PWR? If yes, please share the below CLI command output to confirm your Switch version and the running code on it.

enable

show flash
