My Ruckus Switch ICX 7150-C12P stop working

I Moved in March 2020 to a new Lennar Home, including all smart Devices; the Amazon support installed them in May 2020, 2 months ago (March 2023). Ruckus's wifi stopped working sometimes, and other times, it works very poorly; my devices for leaking detectors and Ringbell work with the host connected to the wire to the switch, continuous alert offline, Netflix sometimes works, others do not. I changed everything on the network and connected directly to the AT&T Router and work perfectly, but I decided to contract an IT Support specialist on the network, He checked and reset all equipment and determined the Rockus switch did not work well, He replaced it temporarily the switch Ruckus for other work perfectly on the last week, and recommend contacting the Ruckus manufacture to replace or repair the current device. Please let me know what address I can send the current switch to repair or replace; let me know if you need other additional information.

Another comment after he reinstalled the Ruckus switch worked perfectly, but when I changed all devices in the home to Ruckus again, get the same problem, I have 4 ring cameras, 4 Alexas, 3 Smart TVs, some wifi plugs, 3 laptops, 1 printer, and other lights that work with wifi too, maybe 23 devices connect at the same time, My Internet Service is AT&T fiber optic for 2.5 Gbs, after that, the technician replace the switch temporarily and work perfectly for the last 5 days with all devices connected to the switch
