My Ruckus ICX-7150 -C12P syst light is yellow and ruckus indoor APs is not powering on (No wifi at home).

I tired following

1. Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnect.

2. Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick 

  • Remove power from the switch.
  • Press and hold the Reset button while applying power to the switch.
  • After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the Reset button.

For number 2, all the system LEDs flash more than 2 hours, and still flashing. Nothing how to fix it. Could someone help?

Thanks for your detailed description.

 

Based on your description your switch has one green and one yellow light, it means that the switch is stuck in boot mode.

 

If the resetting process doesn't work we need to perform software recovery process. Please follow the below link on how to perform software recovery process.
