My Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P dropping connection every 10 mins

My Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P switch is stuck in a boot loop and dropping my internet connection completely. The extender APs are completely blanking every 10 to 15 mins
​I have performed over 10 manual factory pin-resets, but the issue persists.
​Please send a technician or assist me with an RMA replacement for this defective unit as soon as possible.

I am having the same problems. The back of my Ruckus panel “SYST” light cycles through green and amber. It’s stuck in boot mode. I have tried the reset procedure several times and it doesn’t fix the problem. Some digging in ChatGPT said that it needs a firmware update but Ruckus doesn’t send technicians nor does it offer phone support. I’m not sure what to do
