Looking to replace my current (2) Ruckus R510 series and Ruckus ICX 710-C12P

I am looking to upgrade my current two Ruckus R510 series (MFG PN 9U1-R510-US00) and a Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P with the latest WiFi 7 access point extenders.  The R510 are hardwired and ceiling mounted.   I am looking for a direct Ruckus replacement or the latest extender options.   My current is peed is 1000 Mbps.
