I’m getting an error when I try to log in on the Unleashed app on my iPhone. Is there a known issue going on right now? Please advise.

Hi,
is an option to wait for a new upgrade version and upgrade through the website? Or is downgrading really the best option? I noticed that in the upgrade section on the website it lists a downgrade that’s an entirely different version?

Thank you for sharing the response.
From the response you shared, I understand that you are getting an option to downgrade the version to an entirely different version than the recommended version.
I would request you to please select the option “Local upgrade”.
Please click on Local upgrade and you can downgrade the version to the recommended version 200.15.6.12.304.
