Ruckus not working i have tried everything and cant get into my unleashed app

Could not log into Ruckus and getting the message “ You are not connected to Unleased network. Go to settings”.

As per the case description, I could understand that you are unable to log in to Unleashed App.
Could you please Uninstall and Install the Unleashed App on your Mobile device?
Could you please let us know the answers to the below queries to assist you better?
1. May I know if the Mobile Device you are using for Unleashed App is iOS?
2. May I know if you are able to log into the Unleashed system on the Web? If yes, please share the information as shown in the below screenshot.

Ok I deleted and re installed amd when i go to manage network amd it says admin not sure password, I try my password or lennar and it just says your not connected to unleahed network. I have iphone 13 all updated.
will try on my computer as well. Can get my ac system to connect or alexa or anywhere because ruckus thing isnt working.
