Internet out and CTL light is off

My internet went down yesterday and I have tried resetting everything but still not internet. The PWR, 2.4G, and 5G lights are all on and green but the CTL light is off.

Could you please confirm whether you have attempted to access the CLI using the Telnet option?

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.

Please try to access the RUCKUS Switch IP address in a web browser and try to login.

You should see the Switch Dashboard as shown in the below screenshot to confirm it’s a Switch IP Address.
