Imran,

I have updated all three APs and have only 1 now that is designated as the master.

I also unplugged all 3 APs for them to be "reset".

After all that we have done, i am still having the same issues where the internet is getting cut off ever 5-10 minutes and all three APs reset.

Hi @coltenroberts88

Thank you for the response and the update.

If you have upgraded ALL your Access Points to the same Version and you have the same issue. At this point, we may need to factory reset the APs. Please follow the below process to factory reset your APs to configure them with a new SSID.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.

As you have 3 Access Points in your case, remove the cables of any TWO Access Points, and perform the factory reset on the ONE connected access point. Once you complete it, connect the unplugged Access point cables back to the Switch ports and they will sync up with the configurations from the factory reset Access Point.

Imran,

When i'm looking for the IP address, do i need the IP address of my Access Points or the main gateway.  The only IP address' i'm able to pull up is for the R510 AP which is called "ZoneFlex R510"

Hi @coltenroberts88

Greetings!!!

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.

We need IP Address of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch, not APs.

You should see the Switch Dashboard as shown in the below screenshot to confirm it’s a Switch IP Address.

Please check the other IP Addresses from the IP scan results, by the name of Ruckus Wireless or Brocade Communications to confirm the IP address of the Switch and access the CLI.

If you cannot see still, you can try to reboot (unplug and plug from the power outlet) your RUCKUS Switch and try once again.

Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,
