I made a comment on a post with identical problem to my switch. I received an email from imran sanadi telling me to create my own post. I’ve tried twice. The first time my password failed; I followed a link to reset the password; after doing that I could not return to the post. I then tried to create a new post  and when I submitted that I was told to correct the highlighted errors and select the correct board. There WERE NO highlighted errors and no dropdowns for boards and no explanation as to what a board is.  I called two different help lines and bypassed the Lennar link. Two times I was hung up on and the third time he listened to me but said there was nothing he could do.
