My Icx 7150 is not connecting my Access Points to the wifi. I have tried to restart, hard restart, unplug for an hour and restart. Nothing is working. The lights are green an amber. When I use the rest button. The lights flash but nothing happens.

I have tried EVERYTHING that you have suggested via email/forum. The PuTTY black command box doesn't allow any typing. There are multiple COMs (in my situation) The instructions appear to be outdated. Overall it's REALLY Unrealistic to think the average layperson can troubleshoot this switch and have a good experience.
I have spent over 16hrs over the last 4 days trying to get this resolved. I have paid a local Tech professional $200 with zero results. My entire smart home is no longer Smart and had bn offline far too long.
Please send me a new Ruckus switch. Hopefully that will resolve my issues that have been going on far too long.

Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not getting recovered with the Software Recovery Process, and you tried to hard reset as well. However, the failure persists. As a result, this Switch unit appears to be defective and needs to be replaced through the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.

I would Greatly Appreciate a call. The new link provided is not user friendly and contains so many ads. I downloaded " something " but it's going Nowhere. I am ONLY interested in getting back online. Can u plz call me at 253-820-8242
