I’m having an issue with my switch box ever sense we had a power outage.

Ok, I've done that and my switch still isn't working

About a month ago my lights when out and came back on. Ever since then my Ruckus ICX switch hasn't been working and I'm having issues staying connected via ethernet throughout my home.
