Retyping this since it appears my first try did not take.
My internet went out today, as it does many times a day, but this time all my devices are giving a "Arris cannot detect broadband" error. I troubleshot with ATT for an hour who determined its nothing on their end or their devices. I rent a Lennar home and inherited what I inherited, i dont know what it is - but It looks like a ICX7150 big box in the cabinet and 1 regular box in the ceiling. I've already pulled the power the big box to reset and i didnt help anything. Ruckus said they will not support because its a lennar home (which, why?) and ATT wont help because its not their device.
I've read some of the articles here and they are incredibly technical with all kinds of jargon and acronyms I do not understand. I'm stuck at this point. I have no wifi, and no other troubleshooting I know how to do.
