Hi, my ICX7150-C12P switch has failed and is stuck at boot showing “Writing Shmoo values into flash…” in the console output. I have tried all recommended recovery steps including power cycles, holding reset, TFTP recovery, and serial connection with no success. The unit never fully boots and remains stuck. I understand this is a known hardware failure.
Can you please assist me in getting an RMA or replacement? I have attached a photo of the console output and can provide serial number or any other info needed.

Based on the troubleshooting conducted, it appears that your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is currently stuck during the booting process. These are some symptoms of a Switch kernel image failure. Tried multiple troubleshooting steps. However, it seems that the switch has a corrupted image that cannot be recovered, and the issue persists.
Given these circumstances, the switch will need to be processed for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), which essentially means that it should be replaced.
Feel free to contact us via chat. Copy and share the link from the post (URL), and Switch serial number, paste it into the chat when prompted to start the unit replacement.
Please follow the steps as shown in the example below:
