The system was working and stopped after a power outage. The ICX-7150-C12P has a green power light with a yellow SYST light. The 9U1-R510-US00 has no lights.
Can you help.

If performing multiple resets using a paper clip is not resolving the issue, the next step would be to perform a software recovery on the Switch.
