I assume you're a Lennar homeowner that came with the C12P installed? If so then the switch was probably setup/configured with an automated script by the installer. I would just do a factory reset to the switch to get back to all default configurations. The C12P in it's factory default state should work just fine with your network and new router. I'm a Lennar/C12P owner, so there are much more knowledgeable people here that will hopefully chime in.
