Came home one day and none of my network devices were working. Went to my rack and the switch has no lights on and will not power on.
I tried a different cable and different outlet to no avail already. Any suggestions on what to troubleshoot?

those models have the Power supply internal, so this is why we replace the all chassis, I have a word with the RMA team (replacement team), and they have opened the next case#01412177, but let me confirm, so they can replace the unit for you.
