I just had support help me to getting my ICX-7150 on the stable switching code. Unfortunately, all connections drop multiple times a day, My APs drop as well as wired connections like my television. I also can't download more than 10mb/s despite having a 2.5GB fiber connection to the internet.

To proceed further, please let us know to which port of the Switch, the ethernet cable coming from ISP Router is connected? (Refer to the picture shared in my previous post)
We will let you know if any other information is required.

I believe it is connected on the Port 1 or Port 3 as per the command outputs and your Switch picture you shared earlier.
However, even after your Switch is on a latest SPS Version and after trying troubleshooting steps, you are experiencing connection drops from all the Switch ports with wired and wireless devices. I am checking for your ICX-7150-C12P Switch RMA with internal team and as soon as we get confirmation, I will let you know.

It is the black cable, I thought that was switch port 2, but I misread the label.
