ICX 7150 - C21P- 2X1G switch not working. It reboots after every ~ 30 minutes.

ICX 7150 - C21P- 2X1G crashes after approximately 30 minutes. SYST LED blinks amber, PWR remains green, all ethernet ports drop, APs lose PoE power and a reboot temporarily restores service. The same cycle repeats every 30 minutes. I suspect the switch has gone bad and needs a replacement. Please help on urgent basis.

This Switch unit appears to be defective and needs to be replaced through the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.
