ICX 7150-C12P Will not power on

I have a Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P in my Lennar home from 2017.  None of the lights will power on and I have lost connectivity.

When I unplug/plug in the light flashes green one time and then no power.  I have tried various outlets, power cords, and also tried to reset and nothing works.  It does the same thing every time with flashing green once and then shutting off, Is this fixable or does it need to be replaced?
