Hello Ruckus Support Team,
I am a Lennar homeowner experiencing a critical issue with my builder-installed ICX 7150-C12P switch. The unit is stuck in a continuous reboot loop where network access comes up briefly for 10–15 minutes, the SYST light flashes orange/amber, and then the unit reboots and drops all network connectivity.
As a customer, it is extremely frustrating that Lennar homeowners do not have access to phone support to troubleshoot or resolve critical home networking outages like this. Having to rely solely on online channels for essential hardware failures is unfair to customers who rely on this equipment daily.
Device Details:
Model: Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P
MAC Address: C0:C5:20:96:A3:07
Troubleshooting Already Attempted:
Power Cycling / Factory Resets: Performed over 10 manual pinhole factory resets and power cycles (holding the reset pin until all LEDs turn amber). The unit briefly comes online but quickly crashes back into the reboot cycle.
Console Access: Attempted to establish a terminal session via the USB-C console port, but could not get a stable serial output to break the loop.
Given the intermittent crashes and infinite boot cycle despite multiple hard resets, this appears to be a hardware or firmware flash failure on the switch. I need a professional technician to fix this system or process an RMA replacement for the unit as soon as possible.
Please advise on the next steps to get a technician assigned or a replacement unit dispatched.
Thank you
