I cannot reset my switch after power outage

I am getting this error message

Thank you for sharing the requested PICTURES and a VIDEO.

Based on the troubleshooting conducted, it appears that your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is currently stuck in boot mode. You have followed the recommended troubleshooting steps, such as resetting with a paperclip and performing a Software Recovery. However, it seems that the switch has a corrupted image that cannot be recovered, and the issue persists.

Given these circumstances, the switch will need to be processed for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), which essentially means that it should be replaced.
