Need help to login into Unleashed App. I am not able to login to the Unleashed Ruckus App in IOS even after updating to the latest version. It keeps saying I am not connected to my Unleashed network though I am connected

Greetings of the day,
Please try to access the Unleashed on a web browser via IP address of the Access Points. Please follow the below guide on how to find the IP address of the access points.
How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications:
Once you are done with the above step you will find the Unleashed dashboard as mentioned below. Try to log in

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.
You might be unable to log into the App because of old version of your unleashed system. Please Upgrade it as described below.
If you are unable to perform the Unleashed Upgrade online, please perform an offline/local upgrade.
And you can Upgrade to version 200.14.6.1.199 which is recently released.
